Description:

Hanson Bridgett's Real Estate + Environment Section is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of real estate litigation experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has experience with all phases of litigation, including managing clients, discovery, court appearances, motion practice, trial preparation and trials, relating to real property claims, commercial leases, unlawful detainers actions, easements, trespass claims, partition actions, and purchase and sale agreements. A successful candidate will be adept at providing concise and persuasive work product under short deadlines for expedited lawsuits. Environmental and construction litigation, and eminent domain experience, is a plus.

This is a hybrid position based out of any of our California offices: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, San Diego, or Fresno. The annual base compensation range for this California position is approximately $195,000 to $205,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
