Montgomery Little & Soran is seeking a trial-oriented Litigation Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience and a strong interest in real estate and property-related disputes. The Opportunity:
As a Litigation Associate, you will:
  • Appear in court, argue motions, take depositions, and try cases with real responsibility from day one
  • Handle active civil litigation matters including real estate disputes, property issues, title claims, construction litigation, and general contract disputes
  • Work directly with experienced trial attorneys while building your own book of business
  • Develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients with meaningful autonomy

What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Colorado State Bar in good standing
  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience (real estate litigation preferred)
  • Trial experience or a strong desire to try cases—you want to be in court, not behind a desk
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort taking ownership of matters
