Brief Description:A Los Angeles-Based Law Firm of More Than 450 Attorneys is looking for an associate with between four and seven years of litigation and/or regulatory enforcement experience to join our rapidly growing team.
We are looking to expand our DC office with a mid-level to senior litigation associate. Our ideal candidate has significant litigation experience—including drafting stellar work product, overseeing day-to-day aspects of litigations and/or regulatory enforcement matters, and being an effective communicator to both junior associates and partners. Trial and/or arbitration experience is preferred, as is litigation on behalf of or against federal agencies. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required.

Our DC litigation team works closely with litigators and members of other practice groups in DC and other Manatt offices. Requirements:
- At least four years of litigation experience, preferably at a law firm
- Experience drafting stellar work product, including motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Experience overseeing complex discovery projects
- Experience managing junior associates
- Prior experience at or adverse to one or more federal government agencies—particularly the FTC or DOJ—is a plus, but not required
- Team player
