Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensure: Member of The Florida Bar or licensed to practice law in another state and in good standing with a willingness to sit for the Florida Bar exam in the near future is required.
- Experience: 1–5 years of litigation experience, with a strong interest in developing trial skills and handling complex legal matters. Comprehensive training through mentorship and hands-on experience alongside some of the best professionals in the field will accelerate knowledge and skill development.
- Client Service & Relationship Building: Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering responsive, high-quality service. Builds trust through professionalism, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to resolving legal matters.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. Works well with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders to support case strategy, execution, and successful outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Applies sound judgment and initiative to identify legal issues, organize discovery materials, and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and trial preparation.
- Business Development & Initiative: Shows enthusiasm and self-motivation to grow professionally and contribute to the firm's success. Actively seeks learning opportunities and takes ownership of assignments, regardless of whether a portable book of business is present.
