Job Description:The Richmond office of Holland & Knight has an immediate need for a Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting all phases of litigation. Candidates must possess a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Experience in federal court is highly desirable. A federal judicial clerkship is strongly preferred but not required. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to outstanding client service.
