Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing personal injury cases from intake to trial.
Duties:
- Draft clear, persuasive legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
- Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation
- Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings or trials
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in Personal Injury
