We are based in Memphis, TN, and primarily handle cases around Memphis, Nashville, and the surrounding areas. We handle Family Law, Personal Injury, and Real Estate matters.
We are looking for a highly motivated Family Law Attorney who knows how to manage their own caseload and has a positive and supportive attitude with both clients and co-workers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in family law.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, spousal support, and adoption cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on evolving laws and regulations.
- Draft clear, persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court briefs with precision and professionalism.
- Represent clients confidently in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee to be considered for this position.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Tennessee Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in family law.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to network and grow your contacts and referral sources
- Genuine interest in Family Law and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
