A Full-Service Condominium and Real Estate Law Firm seeks an associate to join its Litigation Department in the firm's Boston office. We are looking for an individual who is affable and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience in construction-related litigation, strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. MBM's practice in this area principally focuses on the representation of condominium associations and developers in design and construction defect suits.
