Overview:An AmLaw100 Firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Atlanta office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team. **NO AGENCIES PLEASE**
A day in the life:
You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. The Atlanta office itself is located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance.

We Know You:
You have at least 3 years of meaningful litigation experience, including preparing for, taking, and defending depositions. Additionally, you have prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions in addition to drafting discovery requests and responses. You're a first-rate communicator whose written and oral advocacy skills are outstanding while having a clear understanding of Georgia rules of civil procedure. Federal clerkship experience is a plus but not required. Arbitration experience is also a plus. You are admitted to practice and in Good Standing in Georgia.
