The ideal candidate will have:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3+ years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation
- Experience in general business litigation or complex commercial litigation
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence
- Strong client service ethics
- Alaska State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity highly preferred
