A General Practice AV Rated Law Firm, a mid-sized Westchester County general practice law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate for its busy Litigation Practice Group focusing on commercial and trusts & estates litigation matters. As a small and collegial practice group, we offer our associates the opportunity to be involved in and to gain valuable experience in all facets of the litigation process.Candidates must have at least two years of experience in litigation practice; possess excellent research, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills; and be diligent and detail oriented. It is expected that the associate hired will take initiative and responsibility for the matters in which they are involved and be a team-player who works well in a collaborative environment. Candidates should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
New York State Bar admission is required. New Jersey State Bar admission is a plus.
Hybrid work environment with four days required in office.
