About You:
You are a sharp, motivated litigation attorney with strong fundamentals and meaningful hands-on experience and business acumen. You are comfortable navigating complex disputes, managing active matters, and working directly with clients. You've likely clerked for a Judge and know how courts actually operate—not just how cases look on paper.

Areas of Litigation Practice

Represent businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial and employment related litigation disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
Handle disputes involving shareholder, member, and partnership conflicts.
Litigate restrictive covenant matters, including non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality, and trade secret disputes.
Handle disputes involving data breaches, privacy issues, and technology-related claims.
Litigate intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, and unfair competition claims (both before administrative bodies and in court).
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs; conduct depositions; argue motions; and assist with hearings, mediations, and trials.
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on assigned matters and contribute to overall litigation strategy.

Qualifications:

1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial, employment, or complex business disputes.
Prior judicial clerkship experience preferred.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York bar admission a plus)
Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
