Overview:
As a Litigation Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.

The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:

1-3+ years' experience in Litigation.
Manage various litigation cases, including general liability, product liability, premises liability, employment law, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
Admitted to practice in the state of California.
