We are seeking an associate attorney with 2-4 years experience in probate work or estate planning.

Responsibilities include:
- The candidate will be responsible for probate matters from intake through conclusion and/or estate planning/special needs planning.
- Primary areas of practice include court supervised trust matters, court accountings, probate administration upon death, and all aspects of conservatorship matters.
- The candidate will be supported by paralegal staff, administrative staff, and a senior attorney.
- This position provides significant room for growth and opportunity within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing
- Minimum 2 years experience in probate work or estate planning. Knowledge of WealthDocs a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new programs as needed
- Self-motivated, flexible, with exceptional follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others

Base Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
