A Public Law & Municipal Law Firm is seeking an associate attorney with 5 years' litigation experience to join the Litigation Practice Group in the firm's Oakland office. This position will focus on constitutional law, civil rights, U.S.C. section 1983, excessive force, conditions of confinement, class action, and complex tort litigation primarily in federal court. Prior civil rights experience preferred but not required.
