The Opportunity:
The New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts. Top law firm experience or judicial clerkship preferred, excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Candidates must be admitted in New York.

The Day-To-Day:
As an associate in the Litigation Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have:

2 to 5 years of substantial litigation experience, including drafting briefs, arguing motions, and taking depositions. Experience handling complex, high-stakes matters is preferred, particularly in commercial litigation, investigations, white-collar defense, securities litigation, and managed care. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, and a desire to take meaningful ownership of matters and become an integral member of the litigation team.
Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered.
Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
