We are looking for a highly motivated litigation associate to join our growing team.Job Summary: A Women and Minority Owned Law Firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join our diverse civil practice with a focus on class action defense, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. We are looking for candidates with at least 2-5 years of experience litigating, preferably in both federal and California state courts. Excellent written and communication skills and academic credentials from a top-tier law school. A federal clerkship is a plus. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation matters, including cases involving highly complex legal issues.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Participate in all stages of discovery, including document productions, depositions, and expert witness preparation.
- Draft legal pleadings, briefs and other required documents.
- Attend hearings, mediations and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and experts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- JD from a top law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in California or New York, but strong preference for California-barred attorney
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm for developing clients and growing a legal practice
- Excellent communication, writing and research skills
- Team player with a “can do” attitude
- 1750 Hour Billable Requirement
