Unlike large firms where junior associates spend years buried in document review, our practice is designed to give you early hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys.
We understand the unique timeline of the Pennsylvania bar exam. We are happy to extend tentative conditional offers ahead of time so you can secure your post-grad future now, with an official start date immediately following the release of the October bar results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all litigation tasks (with a willingness to learn), including depositions, written discovery, court hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, settlement negotiations, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Produce superior work product and grow alongside the firm.
- Maintain accurate and detailed time records for billing purposes.
- Progress over time into a lead attorney role managing cases with minimal supervision.
- Embrace the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our firm's continued growth and success.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Law License (or pending admission based on the upcoming exam).
- Recent law school graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA 15229 before starting work.
