Description:

Pay: $180,000 – $250,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

We are a boutique Trusts & Estates law firm with offices in Palm Beach and Tequesta. We have grown steadily over the last several years and are on pace to double our practice over the next three years. We take pride in delivering exceptional legal work and genuine client service, backed by a team that is strong, caring, and committed to doing things right.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a civil litigator with solid courtroom experience to join our growing litigation practice. You will work alongside our senior litigation counsel on contested matters and handle your own hearings, depositions, and motions. As you grow, you will take on more responsibility for running cases.

You do not need a probate or trust background. We will teach you the substantive trust and estate law. What we are looking for is someone who has already spent real time in the courtroom and wants more of it.

Our Ideal Candidate:
The right person can handle day-to-day litigation work with minimal supervision, from drafting pleadings through discovery and motion practice. They have taken and defended a meaningful number of depositions and argued hearings on their own. They are comfortable in front of a judge, a strong writer, and a clear communicator. They treat clients with patience and care, because our clients are often families in conflict. They are eager to learn, take ownership of their files, and want to grow into a senior role.

We are expanding our Palm Beach and Tequesta offices and are open to in-person or hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.
