As a Litigation Associate, you will step into a key role with immediate opportunities to draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, manage hearings, and contribute to trial preparation. Our diverse caseload includes commercial and business litigation, estate and trust controversies, employment matters, and general civil disputes. This position offers hands-on courtroom experience, the opportunity to sharpen your advocacy skills, and the chance to grow within a respected and dynamic practice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
