Seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney
We are a commercial and insurance defense litigation firm on track for aggressive growth, and we need another experienced litigation associate with at least 3 years of litigation experience to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help clients.

We help clients defend their business, their reputation, and their bottom line so that they can get back to "business".

We want to be known for helping our corporate and individual clients in the defense of litigation. We are growing fast, and we need a litigation associate who can hit the ground running.

We love to help people learn and grow. But we need a litigation association with experience in civil litigation, including commercial litigation and landlord-tenant litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and take the initiative on work.

This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload. Based on your experience, we will offer a compensation package of base pay, variable pay, and bonus pay with a potential of up to $150,000 per year. Also, we offer referral fees on cases originated by attorneys to the Firm. Plus, we are just an awesome place to work with good vibes and positive energy. Our offices are modern, energetic, and not your typical, dusty, crusty law firm environment.

Responsibilities:
This Position Will Be Responsible for Important Work, Including:

• Handle Cases, from Start to Finish
• Attend Simple and Complex Hearings and Make Arguments on Relevant Issues
• Take and Defend Depositions, Including Party and Expert Depositions
• Attend Mediation and Engage in Settlement Discussions with Opposing Counsel and Clients
• Regularly Communicate with Clients for Updates and Strategy
• Attend Jury and Non-Jury Trials

Qualifications:
Experience:
General & Commercial Litigation: 3 Years (preferred)

Language:
Any Other Languages (preferred)

License/certification:
Bar (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid Opportunity After 90 Days, Pending Performance
