Responsibilities and practice:
The Des Moines, Iowa office of Dentons Davis Brown is seeking an experienced attorney with excellent academic credentials to join our growing Litigation practice. The person hired for this position will:

Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, depositions, and written discovery.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials as opportunities arise.
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional client service.

Position Requirements:
Personal skills/attributes:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
4-6 years of civil litigation experience

Technical skills:

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:
Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa and be in good standing
