Summary: Seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our growing Commercial Mortgage Lending practice.The ideal candidate will have experience with sophisticated commercial lending transactions, including mortgage loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financing, loan modifications, and other secured financing matters. Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing organizational and authority documents, analyzing title and survey matters, and addressing due diligence and closing issues is preferred.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background, excellent writing and communication skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions effectively.
