Description:
A Small Civil Litigation Firm is a small civil litigation firm specializing in
insurance property subrogation. Our cases typically pertain to fires and
water losses, and the resulting damage. The firm is located in the DTC.
The firm is seeking a full time associate attorney with 0-5 years of
experience. If you want immediate hands on experience and a chance to
improve your legal skills and strengthen your own brand, this is the
place for you. We will train you and assist in managing your files, but
you will have a lot of autonomy in your day to day work. The candidate
must be licensed to practice in Colorado and possess strong written,
analytical and organizational skills. You will handle cases
pre-litigation as well as cases in suit. The candidate will investigate
insurance claim files, draft demands, and handle cases in litigation
including court appearances, depositions, research and drafting
pleadings. The responsibilities will increase with training, with
eventual responsibility for an individual caseload. Interested
