Description:
Wright & Greenhill, P.C is seeking a litigation associate for our office in Austin.The ideal candidate should be energetic and self-motivated with 3 to 5 years of experience in general civil litigation. Duties include, and the associate will gain immediate experience with:
- Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Sending and responding to paper and electronic discovery
- Reviewing documents and conducting legal research
- Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
- Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
