A Full Service General Practice Law Firm has been serving clients in the Capital District for 30 years. In addition to the quality of our work, we pride ourselves on our corporate culture. We are seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our fast paced civil litigation group. The successful applicant should have strong writing and research skills and be interested in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, commercial and corporate litigation, labor and employment, civil rights, and municipal law. Associate attorneys at Girvin & Ferlazzo are quickly exposed to all levels of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, as well as participating in client meetings, court conferences, oral arguments and trials. The pay range for this position is $90,000.00-$120,000.00 depending on experience level. Additionally, Associate attorneys are eligible for summer and year-end discretionary bonuses, as well as commission of up to 25% for new business brought into the firm.Resume with cover letter and your unofficial transcripts are required for consideration.
