Who You Are:
- The ideal candidate will be a high performer with 3 - 4 years of experience in commercial, securities, or bankruptcy litigation at an Am Law firm.
- Strong experience in managing discovery and writing briefs.
- Immediate opportunities for taking/defending depositions and arguing cases.
- Outstanding research and analytical skills are imperative.
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- Sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
- A strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
- Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school are highly valued.
- Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
- You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
