Overview:We are seeking a dedicated preferably BILINGUAL and knowledgeable LICENSED FLORIDA Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including civil litigation; This role requires excellent research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal drafts , representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Conduct thorough legal research using resources
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in disputes or claims.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
- Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive client service.

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
