Description:
Simon, Reed & Salazar, P.A., a mid-size firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join its growing third-party practice defending against personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, self-insured entities and other corporations in civil litigation. You will work as part of a collaborative litigation team handling premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, and auto matters from assignment through trial, working directly with carriers and firm leadership.Requirements:
- 4+ years of Florida personal injury litigation experience (defense preferred)
- Trial or substantial deposition and motion experience
- Strong writing skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Florida Bar member in good standing
