We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the negotiation and execution of complex commercial transactions, with a focus on large-scale solutions and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contracts in the energy sector. This role partners closely with business, sales, and project teams to enable successful project delivery while managing legal and commercial risk.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and support the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including EPC, supply, and long-term service contracts.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to sales, tendering, and project execution teams.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers, subcontractors, and consortium partners.
Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement standard templates, playbooks, and best practices.

What you bring:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm supporting infrastructure or energy projects.
Direct experience negotiating EPC, construction, or complex solutions-based contracts.
Familiarity with the energy sector (e.g., power generation, transmission, renewables) is strongly preferred.
Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel 15% domestically and internationally.
