What You'll Do:
Work as an important member of our fast growing global legal team supporting all areas or our business and operations in North America. What you will do varies by the day and evolves over time but there will be a big focus on commercial work and supporting our busy Sales team. This includes for instance:
  • Supporting the full contract life cycle in the North America market. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer agreements, services agreements, commercial and tech partnership agreements, software and license agreements, etc.
  • Liaising with other functions such as Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, etc. on various contract queries and leading various projects.
  • Providing support to internal teams in daily projects (e.g. purchasing, marketing, compliance, customer support, etc.).
  • Delivering training sessions to the teams on various subjects (e.g. contracts, privacy, employment, marketing, etc).
  • Ensuring a legal watch and analysis in relation to our activities.

Who You Are:
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a top-tier/tech law firm or as a lawyer in a tech company (ideally a SaaS start-up/scale up).Admission to New York, California or other similar Bar.
  • Curious, open-minded, adaptable and excited by the dynamic start up environment.
  • Ability to lead and manage numerous deals and meet tight deadlines when necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating against experienced lawyers. Strong oral and written communications skills and a good sense of diplomacy.
  • Self-starter with well-honed organizational and analytical skills.
  • Team-player and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
