A Day in The Life
  • Work with Company Stakeholders Managing Claims and Litigation.
  • Identify and Advise the Company Regarding Legal Risk Arising from The Activities of The Organization.
  • Provide Advice and Guidance to The President and Other Management Concerning Regulatory Compliance, Policies, Practices, Procedures, and Contractual Terms and Conditions on Such Matters.
  • Prepares Legal and Corporate Documents by Drafting Contracts and Agreements on Behalf of The Corporation, Communicating with Outside Counsel as Necessary.
  • Oversee Implementation of Company Standards Regarding Organizational Activity.
  • Manage Legal Department Administrative Staff and The Activities of Such, to Ensure Department Objectives Are Met.

What You'll Need:
  • Juris Doctorate.
  • Admission to The Minnesota Bar.
  • Minimum 4-6 Years Total Experience.

What Will Set You Apart:
  • Litigation and Employment Law Experience.
  • Contruction or Renewable Energy Industry Experience.
