Description:
A Day in The Life- Work with Company Stakeholders Managing Claims and Litigation.
- Identify and Advise the Company Regarding Legal Risk Arising from The Activities of The Organization.
- Provide Advice and Guidance to The President and Other Management Concerning Regulatory Compliance, Policies, Practices, Procedures, and Contractual Terms and Conditions on Such Matters.
- Prepares Legal and Corporate Documents by Drafting Contracts and Agreements on Behalf of The Corporation, Communicating with Outside Counsel as Necessary.
- Oversee Implementation of Company Standards Regarding Organizational Activity.
- Manage Legal Department Administrative Staff and The Activities of Such, to Ensure Department Objectives Are Met.
What You'll Need:
- Juris Doctorate.
- Admission to The Minnesota Bar.
- Minimum 4-6 Years Total Experience.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Litigation and Employment Law Experience.
- Contruction or Renewable Energy Industry Experience.
