Description:

We are a rapidly growing law firm, featuring an energetic, established, creative and dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. Our firm engages in several areas of law, including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, estate planning, criminal defense, and immigration.

We are seeking:
An attorney with trial experience and at least 3 years of experience in probate family law or civil litigation. Illinois license required. Wisconsin, Iowa, or Indiana licensure is a plus.

Starting pay: $92,000 to $115,000 based on experience and production.

50% Health insurance premium coverage;

20% commission on collected billing originated by attorney;
10 days of vacation and 5 days of sick time, which accrue over the course of the first year
Achievable escalating bonus structure starting at $26,000.00 per year for base levels
