Managing / Lead Litigation Attorney:Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A. is growing, and we are looking for a motivated lead litigation attorney who wants to further their career by joining a fast-growing law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee litigation paralegals and, as the firm continues to expand, junior associates.
- Independently manage and litigate a diverse caseload from pre-trial motions through trial.
- Handle a varying case load across multiple practice areas, including: covenant enforcement disputes, contract disputes, construction disputes, and first-party property claims.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and client counseling.
- Appear for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience with a track record of success.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments.
- Comfortable managing cases independently but also collaborating with colleagues on complex legal matters.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
- Litigation experience - hearings, depositions and trial.
