Pacific Ivy Law Group, is looking to retain an attorney to assist with the preparation and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements. This is an on-demand position with a variable and flexible work-stream.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing
Experience redlining and negotiating commercial agreements (NDA experience required)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
In-house or law firm experience required (corporate experience preferred)
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Responsive during business hours and reliable with follow-through
Emotionally steady and professional when managing demanding client interactions
Work Volume/Commitment:
At least 25 hours per week
Must be seeking long-term position (at least 1 year).

Experience/Skills:

Licensed attorney
Experience redlining contracts and interacting with clients
High attention to detail, self-starter, reliable, strong follow-through with commitments
Okay with repetitive work
In-house or law firm experience required (plus if corporate)
