Sion & Associates, a Century City-based workers' compensation defense firm, seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to represent employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in California workers' compensation matters. Workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong litigation skills and a willingness to learn.Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an attorney with strong writing, organizational, and client communication skills. 1–3 years of litigation experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in law and motion practice
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- (Bonus) Fluent in English/Spanish
