About the role:Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented recently licensed attorney or recent law school graduate awaiting bar results to support our estate planning practice.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates professionally with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is best suited for individuals who are proactive, dependable, take pride in producing accurate, polished work, and are looking for a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare real estate documents and deeds.
- Structure and launch limited liability companies (LLCs), draft operating agreements, manage state filings, and advise on entity governance.
- Act as a responsive point of contact for clients, translating complex legal procedures into clear, actionable advice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recently graduated Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school currently awaiting bar results or recently licensed attorney in good standing in the State of Michigan.
- Newly licensed attorney to 3 years of practical legal experience focused on real estate transactions, or business formations.
- A long-term desire to develop an expertise in real estate law, limited liability companies, or business agreements.
