The position is available to start immediately.
Requirements:
- Second or third year of law school.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Law Review: preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in civil, and commercial litigation. (Will also take people without experience but outstanding academic credentials).
- Top 1/3 of class.
Job Duties:
- Writing pleadings and motions in complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal court.
- Assisting attorneys in discovery in complex commercial litigation cases in state and federal court.
- Assisting Supervising attorneys in jury and bench trials.
- Preparing Complex visa applications support letters and packages.
