Landlord-Tenant / Civil Litigation Attorney – Per Diem / Co-Counsel (Court Appearances & Litigation Matters)

Location: New York (NYC & surrounding courts – hybrid/flexible)

We are seeking an experienced Landlord-Tenant and Civil Litigation Attorney to assist on a per diem and/or co-counsel basis with litigation matters and court appearances in New York courts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney looking for flexible work, supplemental income, or a collaborative co-counsel relationship.

Responsibilities:

Appear in court for conferences, motions, hearings, and compliance appearances
Handle real estate and civil litigation matters (landlord-tenant, contract disputes, property and title issues, enforcement, commercial and residential real estate disputes, etc.)
Draft and argue motions as needed
Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and clients
Collaborate strategically on complex cases as co-counsel (as applicable)

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
Experience in real estate and civil litigation matters
Comfortable appearing independently in court
Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills
Reliable, responsive, and professional

Compensation:
Competitive per diem rates and/or co-counsel fee arrangements (based on experience and scope of work)
