Description:

A Multi-Family & Property Management Attorney at Teague Campbell will draft, review, and sign complaints and summons for summary ejectments and evictions, respond to and work with Clients during the eviction process, and frequently attend Small Claims Court and District Court for Summary Ejectment matters. The attorney will be required to travel frequently, as they will be representing clients in most counties within North Carolina.

The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is a North Carolina licensed attorney with at least one (1) year of experience in landlord/tenant dispute resolution. They should be confident in appearing before Small Claims and District Court, possess strong research and analytical skills to advance cases, and demonstrate the ability to develop strategies while providing clear case updates.
