Drayton Law, P.C. is seeking to add an experienced Landlord Tenant Attorney to our premier Landlord Tenant firm. The exciting position will include daily court appearances throughout all six divisions of the Massachusetts Housing Court representing many of the country's most elite landlords and management companies in summary process actions and civil actions. 2+ years of landlord tenant and housing court experience required.The Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, preparing cases for trial and providing advice to landlords and property management companies. We are looking for a self-motivated attorney who loves litigation and the courtroom. Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required, New Hampshire bar is a plus. www.drayton.law
Responsibilities:
- Represent Landlords and property management companies in court for mediation and trials (via zoom and in person).
- Prepare and draft notices to quit, legal demands and pleadings.
- Advise clients on landlord tenant laws.
- Negotiate settlements of legal disputes.
- Conduct research and analysis of legal issues.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
