Job Description and Salary
ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in their Boston office. Our highly recognized labor, employment & OSHA practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, labor & employment associate to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national companies. Candidates should have strong research skills, experience in employment advice & counsel, drafting of policies and employment-related agreements, and litigation, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions. Traditional labor experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should also have a strong academic record along with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is required.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus program with opportunities for discretionary incentives that may include productivity, business development, and merit-based components, subject to applicable policies.
