Serving Both U.S. and Foreign Clients, Honigman's Labor and Employment Department Provides Comprehensive Counseling, Strategic Planning, and Litigation Services to A Wide Variety of Industries. We Focus on Gaining a Clear Understanding of The Full Context of Each Client's Situation and Then Developing Strategies to Protect Their Interests and Meet Their Business Goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Support and Assistance to Attorneys with Employee-Relations Counseling Work and During All Phases of Employment-Related Disputes and Traditional Labor Matters, Including:
- Conducting Legal Research and Analysis;
- Drafting and Updating Employee Handbooks, Policies, and Routine Hr Documents;
- Assisting with Discovery and Document Review;
- Drafting Client Alerts and Other Informational Updates;
- Supporting Compliance Work, Audits, and Early-State Litigation Tasks.
- Deliver High Quality Work-Product and Effectively Communicate with All Levels of Honigman Staff and Its Clients.
- Demonstrate Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, High Energy, and Enthusiasm for Providing Practical Guidance to Clients.
- Exhibit Highly Responsive, Creative, and Efficient Work Habits.
- Strive to Continuously Improve Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, and Seek Guidance and Feedback to Improve Performance and Productivity.
- Take Responsibility for Enhancing Personal Expertise, in Addition to Seeking out Formal and Informal Training.

Qualifications:
- The Ideal Candidate Will Possess at Least Two Years of Relevant Experience.
- Ability to Organize and Prioritize Numerous Tasks and Complete Them Under Significant Time Constraints.
- Outstanding Interpersonal, Analytical, Organizational, and Communication (written and Verbal) Skills.
- J.D. Degree from An Aba-Accredited Institution; Licensed and In Good Standing in At Least One U.S. Jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits:
The Salary Range for This Position Is $160,000-$190,000 Annually.
