A Law Firm that Deals with Comprehensive Law Services and Consulting is actively seeking an Employment Attorney for our growing labor, employment and higher education practice in our San Jose office.

Responsibilities will include providing legal support and advice to the firm's business clients on employment law matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of employment law experience (in both advising and litigation roles) including: research, brief writing, preparation of pleadings, policy drafting, investigation of complaints, and client advising.

Candidates should have an active California law license and be in good standing, strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. A desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required.
