Position Overview:
Our law firm is seeking a talented and driven Labor and Employment Attorney to join our growing team in Orlando. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for clients in meaningful employment matters, shape legal strategy, and make a real difference in people's working lives.

What You'll Do:

Handle all phases of employment litigation, including witness interviews, document review, depositions, court appearances, and trial
Represent clients in arbitrations, negotiations, EEOC hearings, and court proceedings
Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
Conduct thorough legal research into statutes, case law, and regulatory developments
Advise clients on their rights and legal options, explaining complex issues in clear, accessible language
Develop and execute case strategies aimed at achieving favorable, cost-effective outcomes
Guide clients on best practices during pending matters, including social media use and confidentiality
Stay current on federal and state employment law developments
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout their legal journey

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of employment law experience, including litigation
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage & hour)
Active bar admission in Florida
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and collaboratively
Sharp critical thinking, negotiation, and drafting skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
Genuine commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy
