Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Wills and Trusts Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and administration, a commitment to providing compassionate legal counsel, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload in a professional and efficient manner.

What You'll Do:
  • Draft, review, and execute wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their individual goals and family circumstances
  • Administer trusts and estates, including probate proceedings and asset distribution
  • Prepare and file documents with probate courts and relevant agencies
  • Counsel clients on tax implications related to estate planning, including gift and estate tax considerations
  • Represent clients in probate litigation matters when necessary
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals on behalf of clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in compliance with firm policies
  • Manage deadlines and court filings with precision and timeliness
  • Stay current on changes in state and federal laws affecting estate planning and administration

What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in [State] in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and/or probate law
  • Proficiency in drafting complex estate planning documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
