Vorys seeks a highly motivated labor and employment attorney with two or more years of experience to join its nationally recognized labor and employment group in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employment litigation, although candidates with other sophisticated civil litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. Prior law firm experience, judicial clerkships, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters are highly valued. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, research, writing, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package.
