Description:
A Business & Litigation Law Firm seeks an experienced employment attorney to join our
growing Management-Side Labor & Employment team in either our
Chicago or St. Charles, IL office. The ideal candidate holds an active
Illinois bar license and has 10 or more years of substantial employment
litigation experience navigating proceedings before administrative
agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. Candidates
must have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary
Judgment specific to employment litigation. Experience with labor a plus
but not required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication
skills and a deep commitment to client service are required.
