Clark Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Labor & Employment business unit in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualified candidates must have at least five years of legal practice experience and be licensed to practice law in Georgia.The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Extensive experience litigating employment matters, including claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement
- Significant litigation experience, including drafting and arguing pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery motions, as well as managing all phases of complex employment litigation
- Experience taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses
- Strong strategic thinking and case management skills, with the ability to assess risk, develop litigation strategy, and effectively advocate for clients in high-stakes matters
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal research skills
- Willingness to learn basic commercial contract review is a plus
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 - $210,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
