The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with 1 - 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
The Day-To-Day:
As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You will actively contribute to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
You Have:
- 1-4 year of commercial real estate experience, including the representation of private and public companies in connection with their lending, acquisition, disposition, development and leasing activities.
- Required experience to include diligence reviews and resolution of issues involved in commercial real estate transactions, including title and survey matters.
- Additional experience with land use, zoning matters and cooperative and condominium boards helpful.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia bar or meet the requirements to waive in
